Spiritual Warning for Those Who Have Left the New Age
Upon abandoning New Age beliefs, many people face deep confusion. They do not know what to believe, they feel fear, and as they awaken to the deception of the so‑called Age of Aquarius, they experience intense afflictions, including attacks from evil entities. This awakening leaves many with a widespread fear of everything spiritual, worried about falling again into new traps disguised as light.
This article aims to raise an alert against the complex web of sects and religions that operate with malice, seeking to recapture vulnerable souls who have left the New Age. These structures offer false solutions that block true salvation and expose the soul to greater invasion by evil spirits.
If you are facing spiritual problems such as possession, infestation, or demonic influence after having practiced New Age beliefs…
Completely avoid turning to people who present themselves as Christian ministers—pastors, Catholic priests who act as exorcists, spiritual deliverers, as well as sorcerers, shamans, or any individual who performs “spiritual cleansings.” Many of them are not guided by the Holy Spirit, but by corrupted religious systems or occult practices disguised as faith.
We know that in many cases, true spiritual deliverance does not require external intervention. It is enough for the person to begin a process of self‑deliverance, with genuine repentance, acknowledging their condition before God and believing in Jesus Christ as the only Savior. However, we also recognize that there are severe cases of demonic possession that do require specialized help. For this reason, these warnings are also vital for those seeking to gather with other believers, so as not to fall into the hands of wolves in sheep’s clothing.
⚠️ The Danger of the Pentecostal Charismatic and Catholic World
This movement has invaded both the realm of spiritual deliverance and the gathering spaces of believers. There are thousands of Pentecostal churches that promote an extremely dangerous occultist form of “Christianity.” In them, hands are laid without discernment, exposing people to harmful spiritual transfers. The Bible clearly warns against laying hands hastily, since certain parts of the body can act as portals for spiritual transfer.
Any Pentecostal charismatic congregation should be avoided, including the Assemblies of God. The same applies to Catholic priests: being bound to the religious system and to idolatry, they cannot deliver anyone, for they contradict the laws of God. Leaving the New Age only to enter an institutionalized religion is like getting off one bus (the New Age) only to board another (religious deception).

Where to Congregate?
We cannot recommend any specific church due to the great apostasy that has contaminated almost every space. However, if you decide to look for a place of gathering, make sure it strictly upholds the following doctrines:
1. God
There is only one God: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. God is unchanging in His holiness, justice, wisdom, and love. He is the almighty Creator, Savior, and Judge who sustains and governs all things according to His sovereign will for His own glory. God is One, manifested in multiple forms.
2. The Bible
God has revealed Himself in the Bible, which consists solely of the Old and New Testaments. Every word was inspired by God through human authors, so that the Bible, as originally given, is entirely the Word of God, without error and completely trustworthy in fact and doctrine. The Bible alone speaks with final authority and is always sufficient for all matters of faith and practice. We must not rely on books other than the Bible.
3. Humanity
All men and women, created in the image of God, possess inherent and equal dignity and value. Their highest purpose is to obey, worship, and love God. God created us male and female, which is identified by our biological sex. Marriage is the exclusive union of one man and one woman and is a picture of the relationship between Christ and His bride, the Church. Sexual intimacy is a gift of God to be enjoyed only within the context of marriage.
4. The Fall
As a result of the fall of our first parents, every aspect of human nature has been corrupted, and all men and women are spiritually dead, guilty sinners, and enemies of God. Each person is therefore under God’s just condemnation and needs to be born again, forgiven, and reconciled to God in order to know Him and please Him.
5. The Lord Jesus Christ
The Lord Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of a virgin, and lived a sinless life in obedience to the Father. He taught with authority, and all His words are true. On the cross He died in the place of sinners, bearing God’s punishment for their sin and redeeming them with His blood. He rose from the dead and in His resurrected body ascended into heaven, where He is exalted as Lord of all. Only He intercedes for His people in the presence of the Father.
6. Salvation
Salvation is entirely a work of God’s grace and cannot be earned or deserved. It has been accomplished by the Lord Jesus Christ and is offered to all in the gospel. God, in His love, forgives sinners whom He calls, granting them repentance and faith. All who believe in Christ are justified by faith alone, adopted into God’s family, and receive eternal life.
7. The Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit has been sent from heaven to glorify Christ and apply His work of salvation. He convicts sinners, imparts spiritual life, and gives true understanding of the Scriptures. He dwells in all believers, brings assurance of salvation, and produces increasing likeness to Christ. He builds the Church and equips its members for worship, service, and mission.
8. The Church
The Church is not a building, nor does it belong to the vast global religious system. The true Church is the assembly of believers scattered throughout the earth, forming the body of Christ, of which Jesus Christ is the head and to which all who are saved belong. It becomes visible in local churches, which are congregations of believers committed to one another for the worship of God, the preaching of the Word, the administration of Baptism and the Lord’s Supper, pastoral care and discipline, and evangelism. The unity of the body of Christ is expressed within and among churches through mutual love, care, and encouragement. True fellowship among churches exists only where they are faithful to the gospel.
9. Baptism and the Lord’s Supper
Baptism and the Lord’s Supper have been given to the churches by Christ as visible signs of the gospel. Baptism is a symbol of union with Christ and of entry into His Church, but it does not impart spiritual life. The Lord’s Supper is a commemoration of Christ’s sacrifice offered once and for all, and it does not involve any change in the bread and wine. All its blessings are received by faith.
10. The Future
The Lord Jesus Christ will return in glory. He will raise the dead and judge the world with justice. The wicked will be sent to eternal punishment, and the righteous will be welcomed into a life of eternal joy in fellowship with God. God will make all things new and will be glorified forever.

How can I know who is a true Christian (follower of Jesus Christ) and who is not?
A true converted Christian is outside the conventional religious system. He knows that being a Christian is not being religious, nor belonging to one of the many religions of this world. He has understood that Jesus Christ is not a mere myth; he has understood that being a Christian means following Jesus Christ and living as He lived!
He recognizes and knows that he is a sinner and that he can do nothing to save himself (to go to heaven) through his own works of holiness. To be saved, he depends exclusively on believing in the complete redemptive work of Jesus Christ, His death and resurrection. Believing makes us children of God and sealed by the Holy Spirit, who directs us to live according to God’s commandments. The key lies in this: Salvation comes by believing, not by works, which is the deception of the current religious system.
True believer:
1. REPENTS (acknowledges that he is evil before God).
2. BELIEVES in the redemptive work of Jesus Christ, and holiness is only a consequence of the seal of the Holy Spirit, which drives us to abandon sin.
Mathew 7:22–23
22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
