This is a process of self-deliverance from the NEW AGE OF AQUARIUS, carried out wholeheartedly and with full sincerity before God. It is not a process to “see what happens,” nor to be followed as a mere obligation, a checklist task, or a means to gain benefits while continuing in the practice of sin. Discretion is strongly advised, along with a genuine desire to enter into the new covenant of salvation through Jesus Christ and to live a life that pleases God, that is, by keeping His commandments, so that evil entities do not return with greater force.

Note: If you are in the midst of a kundalini crisis or kundalini emergency, it is of vital importance to follow these steps along with the self-deliverance prayers.

STEPS FOR SELF-DELIVERANCE

1. Seek God:

You must have the desire to know the One True God, the Creator of all that exists, not any other kind of god. I know that the New Age movement has labelled the God of the Bible as merely religious, even portraying Him as a dark entity, something that evokes fear, bondage, and guilt.

This mental programming against God is deeply ingrained, and when someone begins to awaken to the deception behind this modern neopaganism, they are often left in total confusion, unsure of who they are, what to believe, or what to do. Trusting and believing becomes difficult; it’s not easy to break free from a system of mind control that replaces the true God with concepts like “the universe,” “the source,” various types of extra-terrestrials, or even the idea that we ourselves are god. Let us set aside these misguided teachings and draw near to our Father.

We seek God by reading the Scriptures, by pursuing His presence through prayer, fasting, and a sincere desire to obey His commandments.

2. Understand What Sin Is:

In the Bible, God has given us His instruction manual to help us live righteously on earth. Sin is the act of breaking even one of His commandments. The Ten Commandments that God gave to humanity are the true divine laws, and each one of us has broken them in one way or another.
The first and second commandments tell us not to have any other gods. This means that any object, creature, entity, energy, universe, celestial body or anything you elevate above God or consider more important than Him, is an idol, and breaking this commandment is considered sin.

Any physical or spiritual thing that is not the God revealed in the Bible, such as statues, talismans, planets, stars like the sun or moon, stones, or good luck charms, if you believe these objects or rituals bring protection or fortune, this is considered idolatry and violates the first two commandments. If you practice yoga, it is an ancient form of idolatrous paganism and demonic invocation, where faith is placed in the practice to improve life in some way, giving more power to yoga than to God Himself. The same applies to reiki or any other holistic technique used to improve life physically or spiritually, this too becomes idolatry when trust is placed in methods rooted in foreign gods.

Idolatry also includes the worship of human beings, such as celebrities, influencers, actors, singers, or spiritual gurus. In simple terms, idolatry means worshiping anything created by God or anything made by human hands and minds.

In occult practices, it is common to worship God’s creation, singing to the earth, or to what is falsely called “Mother Earth,” “Pachamama,” or “Gaia.” People sing to the water, the sun, and live according to planetary movements, zodiac signs, and astral positions, or seek guidance from fortune tellers and tarot cards, placing their personal lives in the hands of evil spirits. It is common to trust in practices like yoga, which has been shown to be a form of worship and demonic invocation. The New Age or Age of Aquarius desensitizes people to the concept of sin. Instead of following divine laws, people follow their hearts or what “resonates” with them, which, according to the Bible, is deceptive.

Every human being on earth, except Jesus Christ, has sinned and been separated from the Kingdom of God. This is why the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ is so vital: to reconcile us with the Father.

3. Repentance and Confession:

These are two entirely different terms, although people often treat them as the same. Let’s look at the difference.

Repentance is about recognizing our fallen or sinful nature and turning away from it in order to pursue God’s righteousness. True repentance or metanoia in Greek, means changing the way we perceive ourselves, coming to a heartfelt understanding that we are sinful before God and have transgressed His will in many ways.

Once genuine repentance has taken place, confession can follow. Confession happens when we name and acknowledge our sins before God. We recommend making a list, identifying the areas in which you have broken God’s commandments. As God continues to sanctify you, He will reveal more areas that need to be confessed. Ask forgiveness even for the sins that are still unknown to you.

For those who have come out of occult practices, for example, idolatry is often common, witchcraft, drug use (including substances like ayahuasca), mediumship or channeling, and reiki, which is a form of communication with unclean spirits. And of course, something as normalized in today’s society as fornication. These are just a few examples.

Also identify the areas where your ancestors failed—patterns you may have continued under their influence. When you recognize both your own sins and the generational ones you’ve inherited or repeated, offer a personal prayer of repentance and confession from the sincerity of your heart.

We invite you to scroll to the top of this page and click on “Prayers,” or follow this link to access models of repentance, confession, and generational prayer.

4. Believe:

If God is working in your heart, you will believe in His Word, the Bible. To believe also means to trust. If you trust in God, it means you will also trust in His Word.
To genuinely and wholeheartedly believe in the redemptive work of Jesus Christ, His death on the cross and His resurrection is the key for our souls to be cleansed and redeemed.

We encourage you to say a prayer of acceptance to Jesus Christ. You can scroll to the top of this page and click on the prayer titled “Prayer of Acceptance and Restoration.”

5. Salvation (Born Again):

Salvation of the soul comes when we truly repent and believe in Jesus Christ from the heart. We are not saved by good deeds, because salvation does not come from works, it comes through faith in the redemptive work of Jesus Christ. His sacrifice and love for us lead us to love His commandments, and as a result, to obey them. When the love of Christ grows in our hearts, we feel a deep desire to follow all His instructions. That’s when we know we have been filled with the Holy Spirit and are preserved from eternal condemnation.

Many religions around the world teach that you will go to heaven if you do good deeds, for example, helping the poor or donating all your money to a noble cause. But true Christianity teaches that salvation comes only through faith in Jesus Christ. Good works are simply the result of loving His commandments, because obedience is the evidence of genuine faith.
So we can conclude that salvation comes by believing in His redemptive work, and the good works we do are the fruit of that faith and of living a Christian life rooted in love for God and love for others, for faith without works is dead.

In occult doctrines and New Age teachings, Jesus Christ is often portrayed as merely an “ascended master” among many others, or as a prophet, concepts that are far removed from biblical truth. Some even claim that Jesus never died on the cross or rose again to bring salvation to our souls. But we know that all of this is a great deception from the forces of darkness, aimed at corrupting souls. Others go so far as to say that Jesus is a “Christic energy” or even a malevolent entity. Of course, this is what they want us to believe to keep us away from receiving the glorious salvation of our souls through the intercession of Jesus Christ.

6. Baptism in Water and in the Holy Spirit:

Water baptism is a symbolic act, a physical declaration that shows you belong to Christ Jesus. It represents the decision to die to sin and to rise again with Jesus Christ. When you are immersed in the water, it symbolizes that you have died to sin; when you come out of the water, it symbolically represents the new life given through Jesus Christ.
However, the true baptism is that of the Spirit. This happens when Jesus Christ sends the Holy Spirit to dwell within us until the day of redemption. This is the baptism that brings salvation to the soul.

Romans 6:4
“Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.”

7. Deliverance and Breaking of Ties:

Pray prayers of deliverance and breaking with any practice, teaching, initiation, or ritual—including prayers to break ties with yoga, transcendental meditation, tarot, horoscopes, Wicca, shamanism, Celtic traditions, druidism, birth charts or family constellations, ayahuasca or other hallucinogens, and in general, with knowledge related to planetary ascension or kundalini, all planetary activations, and paganism as a whole.

Break ties with New Age teachers and connections, and we strongly recommend that you also pray for deliverance from principalities, powers, and the forces of darkness that are commonly invoked in the New Age movement. If you have participated in rituals, spiritual cleansings, prayers, or any kind of holistic practice, we recommend that you pray the cleansing prayer for physical spaces or homes.

All of these prayer models are available at the top of the page. Remember, these are only templates, you may add or remove elements as the Holy Spirit leads you.

8. Sanctification:

When we believe in Jesus Christ and repent, the Holy Spirit comes to dwell within us. He is the one who transforms our life day by day, revealing the commandments and helping us walk in righteous paths. This is a process in which we learn more of God's wisdom each day, gradually distancing ourselves from evil and the works of the flesh.

When the Holy Spirit dwells in us, we perceive a profound change in our life, because the sin we once committed without any remorse becomes increasingly difficult to return to.
Thus, when you recognize that the wide array of New Age techniques is dangerous and become aware of it, you will never go back to practicing them. That is when you know that the fear of God remains in you through the Spirit of Christ Jesus. Sanctification is living in Jesus Christ, this means obedience to His commandments, which are revealed to us through the reading of Scripture.

9. Bible Reading:

The Bible is a document where we find information about who God is and how the world and humanity were created. It is a reliable source of truth, proven and confirmed over time. The older versions of the Bible are documents we can trust completely. Through the Bible, we learn about God, His character and His attributes.
If someone is truly interested in knowing God, they must spend time reading and studying the Bible. This protects us from falling into deceptions such as those found in the New Age movement.

10.  Fasting and Prayer:

Fasting and prayer draw us closer to God. When you suppress the needs of the body, you make more room for the needs of the soul. Fasting involves denying the body things that bring it pleasure and satisfaction, this can be any action, though ideally it involves abstaining from food. Fasting and prayer become a fertile and secure battleground for the deliverance from evil spirits.

11. Destroy or Get Rid of All New Age Materials:

All New Age materials serve as points of contact with darkness, which is why it’s crucial to cleanse your space of such contamination. Burn books, talismans, idols, symbols, stones, crystals, artwork, tarot cards, and other divinatory decks. Delete videos from New Age influencers and gurus, as well as related photo materials, etc.

To gain a broader understanding of these practices, access more information here.

Acts 19:18–19:
18 Many of those who believed came confessing and disclosing their practices.
19 A number of those who had practiced sorcery brought their books together and burned them publicly. When the value of the books was calculated, it came to fifty thousand pieces of silver.

12. Stand Firm:

Persevere in the doctrines of God, pray daily, and fast whenever you feel led by the Holy Spirit. Remain steadfast in overcoming every temptation. Stay away, completely and permanently from occult practices and beliefs, and do not return to them.
